Rally Cheer Expression. The Rallying Thrillseeker is found in the Sanctuary Islands, next to a geyser located inland on the left side of the main island. The collectibles offered by this Spirit are an

The Rallying Thrillseeker can be found in the Sanctuary Islands, next to a geyser located inland on the left side of the main island. This Spirit has a collection memory with 9 memory fragments and a 15-minute overall time limit.
This Spirit requires players to to use the nearby geysers to collect light fragments in the air – similar to the Manta Whisperer's memory in Valley of Triumph.
As their memory unfolds, the Rallying Thrilseeker can be seen briefly jumping into the geyser.
At the end of the memory, the Sanctuary Guide, Rallying Thrillseeker, and the Grateful Shell Collector watch two Mantas fly past by. They all cheer and clap.

Expression[]
This Spirit offers the Rally Cheer Expression, which has 4 Levels.
- Level 1 will make your avatar raise their right arm and do a fist pump, while a triumphant trumpet sound effect plays.
- Level 2 makes the same motion as Level 1 with a white light trail following the avatar's hand and purple lightburst appearing around the hand at the end.
- Level 3 will make your avatar jump up and pump their arms up three times, while a triumphant trumpet, cheering, and clapping sound effects play.
- Level 4 makes the same motion as Level 3 with a glowing exclamation mark flickering over your avatar's head at the start, white light trails following their hands, and a cloud of white, wide-spread sparkles rotating around your avatar.
As a Traveling Spirit, the prices of the three Expression upgrades were the standard 4 
, 3 , and 6 . During the Season, Levels 2 and 4 were free, but were only available to Season Pass holders.

The Outfit offered by this Spirit is a white, Manta-inspired one piece jumpsuit that goes over most of the body from neck to toes, with a light-pink triangle-shaped collar and Manta wing-like accents at the lower arms and hands, costing 70 
from the Traveling Spirit. It was available to all players during the Season from the Friendship Tree's fourth node (36 
total).
Hair[]
The Hair offered by this Spirit is a short, brushed-back hairstyle with a strand of hair hanging down in the front and shaved-off faded sides, costing 42 from the Traveling Spirit. It was available to all players during the Season from the Friendship Tree's second node (10 total).
Traveling Spirit[]
This was the Spirit's Friendship Tree the last time they returned as a Traveling Spirit. These collectibles will not be available for purchase again until the next time this Spirit returns.
