Icon used for the Mask Outfit Shrine
Mask is a general term in Sky for any Cosmetics that alter the appearance of the player's face. This includes full-face masks (including multiple animal-themed masks), scarves, beards and other facial hair, and accessories such as blindfolds. One "Mask" (the Proud Victor's) is technically a non-mask; you just see the character's underlying face.
The current Mask is selected in the second Outfit Shrine from the left, in the first tab (with the Base Mask 
icon). The second tab in the Mask Closet (the sunglasses 
icon) lists Face Accessories while the third tab (the bowtie 
icon) lists Necklaces. One Necklace, one, Face Accessory, and one Mask can be worn simultaneously but all three can be worn individually as well.
Base Mask[]
This is the Mask worn by the player at the start of the game. Note that this is in fact a Mask, and is not just the avatar's underlying face. The Proud Victor's Mask is the only non-mask, that is also bare-faced.
Special Masks[]
In general, the only effect of changing your Mask is the the appearance of your face. However, there are some Masks with special functions.
- The Chibi Mask shrinks your entire body, like a shrinking Spell.
- The Journey Pack Mask grants a unique Journey-inspired voice when worn. To hear the Journey-inspired voice, honk with the default Call equipped.
- Both the oxygen Mask and the Season of Abyss Ultimate Mask give players an additional 15 seconds of oxygen when underwater.

Available Masks[]
This table lists all the Masks that have ever been available in Sky; only a small subset of them are available for purchase at any given time. The default order is icon order, as used in the in-game Outfit Shrine. The table sort order can be changed by clicking on the header of any column. The Dye column lists whether the Mask can be dyed or not.

A small number of the Masks worn by Ancestors have never been made available to players:
- The Mask worn by the Lightseekers Guide.
- The tall segment of the Masks worn by several of the Vault Ancestors, namely: the Polite Scholar, Meditating Monastic, Praying Acolyte, Shushing Light Scholar, Wise Grandparent, and the Elder of the Vault.
